Come enjoy self-expression and learning through Art & Yoga Workshop.
Practice incorporating expressive arts, writing, movement and meditation in a supportive, non-judgmental community. The practices help enhance internal awareness, self-expression, and mind-body integration. Many participants report feeling less anxious and a greater sense of ease. This Workshop will assist in discovering stories held in our bodies through a creative and trauma-sensitive approach. No experience required.

First Workshop - How to write tales and stories based in yoga. Focuses on the process of exploration and internal inquiry through writing and Yoga. A unique, intuitive writing process that helps deepens your self-awareness and creativity. Writing materials and yoga mats provided. Please feel free to bring your own art materials, journal, or yoga mat, if you'd like to use them. No previous art or yoga experience required.
Second Workshop - Art & Mandala "Mandala" in Sanskrit translates to "Circle." Come explore drawing and writing in this relaxed, playful workshop as we explore the therapeutic benefits of mindfulness and creating circular designs and patterns through expressive arts. These intuitive and simple mandalas help turn inward, express yourself in the moment, and create more space in an otherwise stressful day. Art materials can be found around, or if you prefer to bring your own. No art experience required.
10am - 1pm - Morning
1pm - 2pm Lunch Break
2pm -5pm - Afternoon
Water and teas included, use of pools during the day and evening activity at 8pm. Meals are optional and available at the Chia Lounge
35 euros per person for each workshop
60 euros per person for attending both workshops
