Our beach front restaurant The Chia Lounge will serve you delicious & healthy organic meals complete with super food fueling ingredients to help you detox your system.

Start your day off with a dynamic yoga class at 8am in one of our spacious and airy roof top yoga shalas, with full sea or garden views. Our skilled teachers with years of experience in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and Iyengar yoga, have helped create an environment where you can enjoy a relaxing yoga holiday with like-minded souls from all over the world, followed by fresh fruit juices and a healthy wellness buffet breakfast.
Devarya Wellness is located next to the shores of the Arabian sea, which is a safe place to swim and relax in peace, with private beach access and loungers via our restaurant. You can use your free time to soak up the sun, go on leisurely walks, enjoy incredible sunsets on our beach and explore the beautiful state of Goa & its local attractions. We provide full concierge service to take the stress out of arranging your excursions.
Afternoon yoga at 4pm, is a slower more gentle class easing you into the evening ready for evening dining and relaxation. Fresh salads and authentically prepared Indian delicacies are served from 7pm. Round off your day with one of our evening activities at 8pm including kirtan, meditation, classical Indian music and OSHO therapies.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE
"Thai massage" or "Thai yoga massage" is an ancient healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions and you will remain clothed. There is constant body contact, but rather than muscle massage, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked. The massage generally follows designated energy lines in the body, called Nadi’s. The gentle stimulation of these lines relaxes the body, unleashing the life force within you.
Foot reflexology is one of the oldest treatments known to human kind, practiced for thousands of years all over the world. Its basic concept is that every point or part of the foot is directly related to other part of the body. In this way we can treat the whole body by treating the correlated points on the foot. This treatment is grounding and relaxing. Every point in the feet is related to different line of energy, which passes throughout the body, and by pressing this point we can release energy blockages and restore the natural flow of energy.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as it works to release chronic muscle tension or "knots" as well on trigger points.
RELAXING OIL MASSAGE
Relaxing oil massage, with essential oils. In this treatment we want to work on deep relaxation of body and mind while working with different techniques, to stimulate the lymphatic system, muscles and the skin. The skin is the biggest organ of the body. Putting oil on it allows toxins to be released from the body and nourishment to be absorbed. Using different oils and essential oils, according to your needs will help you relax whilst nourishing and energizing your body and mind.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
Relax during your Indian Head Massage treatment. Massage techniques based solely on therapeutic touch over the scalp, head, face and shoulders to induce deep relaxation. Aiming to restore balance by working with the three higher chakras. Vishuddha, our throat chakra, Ajna, also known as our third eye and Sahasrara, our crown chakra. Focusing on areas of the body that hold the most stress, your tension will melt away leaving a sense of total calm. Leaving you with a sense of light being.
PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION
Pranayama in brief means the prolongation of the breath and its restraint. It is an art, offering techniques which make the respiratory organs move and expand intentionally, rhythmically and intensively. It consists of inhalation; which stimulates the system, exhalation; that throws toxins and retention which distributes the energy “prana” known as vitality throughout the body. Breath is the bridge between the body, senses and the mind. Such disciplined breathing helps the mind to concentrate and enables the aspirant to attain a robust health and longevity.
