Sabina Greenberg


Sabina is an international Yoga teacher, a medicine music and devotional music performer, and an inspirational writer who is passionate about sharing the message of self-inquiry through art, devotion, love to mother earth, traveling, conscious eating and sadhana.

A yogi at heart, she pursued a holistic life in alignment with her passions for art, service and community after several years working in the social fields of economics and culture.

Her mission is to help people find freedom through self knowledge and love.

Sabina offers themed Yoga sessions, integrating many aspects of the Yoga tradition, with dynamic asana practices, mantra chanting, sound, pranayama, meditation, concentration and devotional practices. Her main asana teaching styles are Vinyasa Flow and dynamic Hatha Yoga.

She is passionate about music and performs in music medicine and kirtan circles, sharing her voice and playing different instruments.

She co-created Yoga y Sonido, offering international retreats, workshops and tools of self knowledge through the eight limbs of yoga and the vibrational power of sacred sound and Nada Yoga.


Sabina is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher. Her main inspiration has been Lorraine Taylor’s TTC "Sacred Journeys into Yoga for women" at The Yoga Barn (200 hs.), Bali, studying the Mahavidyas, the ten tantric goddesses of wisdom, and how to work with their arquetypes in the Yoga practice for self inquiry.

She deepened her practice in several lineages with extraordinary teachers like Fernando Calviño and Alexa Traugott from Siddhi Yoga, studying Iyengar and Satyananda Yoga, Agama Yoga in Tailand (150 hs.), Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Centre in India and Yin Yoga with Tina Nance, Jnana & Bhakti advanced TTC (100 hs) with Lorraine Taylor in Glastonbury, England.

Sabina practices traditional Ashtanga Yoga, Mysore style.

She studied economics (UBA) and posgraduated in Cultural Management (FLACSO). She then quit this lifestyle to find her inner truth. She has been traveling the world for the past four years sharing stories and pictures about this journeys to the soul on her blog 

She is a certified Raw Food chef under the guidance of Adriana Nielsen and Aris LaTham (Raw Club de Buenos Aires).
