Dr Abhay Keste is an Iyengar Yoga teacher by profession having a degree in Homeopathic Medicine. Dr Abhay has been practicing Iyengar yoga since childhood under his father’s guidance who has been practicing Iyengar yoga for 25 years. Dr Abhay teaches classes, workshops and retreats with us.
Juan is a multi instrumental musician, music producer, music teacher and vibrational therapist with sacred sound and teacher plants. He studied classical, popular and ethnical music for more than 15 years, investigating different areas of music related to arts. Juan will be sharing his sound healing and musical sessions with us as a teacher & therapist
Meir has been internationally practicing as a therapist for 8 years, after extensive studies into a wide range of alternative therapy. Treatments he will be offering over the season include Swedish, aromatherapy, combined, deep tissue, Shiatsu, Thai & Ayurveda massages and therapies. Accupunture and Hot Cup Treatments will also be available.
Sabina is an international Yoga teacher, a medicine music and devotional music performer, and an inspirational writer who is passionate about sharing the message of self-inquiry through art, devotion, love to mother earth, traveling, conscious eating and sadhana. Sabina offers themed Yoga sessions, integrating many aspects of the Yoga tradition, with dynamic asana practices, mantra chanting, sound, pranayama, meditation, concentration and devotional practices.
Shibani has vast experience teaching Hatha Yoga in India and overseas. She has been trained in Hatha Yoga by the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, in Kerala, India. Her specializations are in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Mindfulness, Pranayama and Chanting Techniques. She is able to guide and counsel clients on Yoga postures / asanas best suited for their body type and lifestyle.
Tapashi's style of teaching is a blend of very traditional hatha yoga with influences from the old tai-chi form. The Sanskrit word 'Yoga' is a noun meaning 'union', referring to a state of being. Tapashi believes that 'Yoga' cannot be taught, it can only be experienced. Her drop-in classes are aimed at making that experience accessible to the modern body and mind.
