John will be taking you on Deep Guided Meditations and Amazing Visualisations Processes.Creating mental clarity and stillness, bringing your mind, body and spirit into balance. The foods and nutrients you consume affect on your body’s ability to stay healthy, function properly and fight off infections. They also affect your brain chemistry, impacting on your behaviour and emotions. What you eat makes who you are. During our Retreats we serve High Vibrational, Super-Healthy Foods that are specifically designed to boost you, to make you feel ALIVE. Foods that are super good for you, that taste AMAZING! A week of clean eating with superfoods, juices and more to revitalise and energise your mind and body.
Plus, Heloise will be sharing some of her secrets to creating simple yet elegant ‘Art-On-A-Plate’ smoothie bowls, buddha bowls, raw cakes and more… Food that looks amazing, tastes amazing and supercharges your mind, nourishes your body and enlivens your spirit. Enlivening Your Spirit, Raising Your Energy & Boosting Your Mind, The nexus point where science and spirituality meets. Yoga is a system of physical, mental, and spiritual practices: Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation. In the West Yoga mainly focuses on the Asanas (the Poses), the Spirit of Being uses a full Holistic Approach including all three. Combining Daily Asana Workouts, Pranayama in Paradise and Balancing Shavasana Meditations.
On your Retreat you’ll enjoy daily Yoga Sessions to deepen your flexibility, increase your stamina, and to calm and focus the mind. Vivienne (our resident Yogini) will be working with you twice a day to ease out aches, correct your posture and increase flexibility. Yoga Teacher, NLP Practitioner and passionate vegan cook, Vivienne Yardley brings her unique blend of Yoga, NLP and pure loveliness to the Spirit of Being Retreats. Vivi’s classes are suitable for all abilities, whether you're fairly new or experienced with yoga, you’ll find variations to modify or simplify, and deepen or challenge you in each Asana. While anyone with a deeper understandings of yoga will be challenged to take it to the next level. As well as going deeper on Pranayama and powerful Shavassana Meditations.

As thinking Beings, we get to choose life… During your week you’ll choose and implement. In the Workshops with John you’ll actively be Letting Go of what stops you. Banishing Limiting Beliefs. Eradicating destructive patterns of behaviour that have held you back and kept you stuck. Reprogramming Your Mind for what You Do Want In the group sessions John will be using the latest innovations from NeuroLinguistic Programming, guiding you through processes and techniques to help you achieve. You’ll also be working in smaller groups and pairs learning new tools for your mind, implementing and making lasting change. The interactive nature of the ‘workshops’ means that you’ll be achieving massive results right then and there, plus you’ll learn how to help others and yourself in the future. During the Deep Guided Meditations and Hypnosis Sessions you’ll be integrating the learnings and deepening your transformations. Including Future Pacing and Timeline processes to ensure the changes/ achievements/successes you want in your future, happen. Sometimes you’ll be there, following every word… other time you’ll find yourself coming out of trance feeling very different.
Creative Implementation Workshops Putting it into action… Because knowing what you should do and doing it are different things… you will be encouraged to keep a Journal during the Retreat (putting pen to paper engages you kinaesthetically), and during the Creativity Workshops, you’ll go even deeper… You will be physically taking action and creating. As Heloise works with you, creating a beautiful and forward focused series of visual affirmations and your own personal action implementation plan.
Yoga & Pryaniyama Where else but the mystical country that invented Yoga… Imagine Palm trees as your point of focus (your drishti), while holding the different postures (Asanas) during your Yoga practice… sweetly located on one of the wonderful rooftop Yoga Shalas. Vivienne will be working with you twice a day to ease out aches, correct your posture and increase your flexibility... And our small group sizes mean that whether you are a seasoned practitioner or brand new to yoga, Vivi can taylor and adapt your practice to suit your most pressing needs. As the sun rises over the Palm trees Vivi will guide you through your Sun Salutations and carefully tailored sequences of movements to wake you up, refresh you, stretch you and bring mental clarity and stillness, bringing your mind, body and spirit into balance. Take a Deep Breath and Relax. With Pranayama on the beach… because breath is life. Learning and practising these cleansing, energetic breathing practices in the pure fresh air of the Arabian Ocean. Wow! These practices can change your life.
Raw Food Workshops Two Fantastic opportunities to boost your health and more… Whether you are a total ‘foodie’ who’s looking for some quick tricks, new inspiration, artistic secrets, or you are looking to make simple, easy and healthy changes to your diet… that still taste great. You’ll LOVE the Raw Food Creativity Sessions. Because you’re getting both Heloise’s experience, knowledge and secrets to creating delicious and easy to make recipes (including some powerful Super-foods, with easy to obtain ingredients and simply delicious energy balls that require no food processor). Plus you’ll be getting ‘stuck in’. Making and Creating… These MVL Raw Food workshops will give you the hands on experience creating super healthy and Tasty meals, snacks and raw cakes… one of Heloise’ specialities.
