Iona Dudley-Ward

Whilst also a comedy actress, I have been practicing Ashtanga yoga for ten years on a daily basis, and trained as an Ashtanga Vinyasa (primary series) teacher in India, 2013, under the watchful eye of inspirational Yogi Kamal, at the 'Tattva Yoga Shala' (www.tattvaayoga.com) Rishikesh, India. Practicing the disciplined traditional mysore practice at the foothills of Himalayas I learned the the deeper philosophy behind yoga, asana, breath and meditation and combine deeper insight in my classes as well as strong adjustments and a physically challenging practice.

I Have been teaching yoga internationally since 2013 running retreats in Sardinia, teaching in Sri Lanka and India and currently in London.

I studied a BA Honours Degree in Dance and Performing Arts at The University of Brighton and since have been aware of the vital connection between breath and movement.
