Dr Abhay Keste is an Iyengar Yoga teacher by profession having a degree in HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINE AND SURGERY. After completing his degree in 1994, he took up yoga training at RAMAMANI IYENGAR MEMORIAL YOGA INSTITUTE, PUNE -INDIA for two years. Dr Abhay has been practicing Iyengar yoga since childhood under his father’s guidance who has been practicing Iyengar yoga for 25 years.
Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher with more then 800 hours coursework, extensive Self-Practice, certified Reiki practitioner. Continued studies in Kriya Yoga, Kundalini, Ecstatic Dance and Tan- tra. Along with exploration in methods of bodywork, meditation techniques; like Vipassana (10 day silence course), which she has completed a number of times, creative modalities that are complementary to her artistic nature considering her completed degree in Visual Arts.
Julia completed her Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Mysore, India, as well as a training on Ayurvedic Yoga in Switzerland. Her first experiences with yoga go back 14 years; since then she has tried out a wide variety of styles and became inspired by various teachers as well as yoga related philosophies. During several India trips, she has also immersed herself in Ayurveda, Tantra and different kinds of bodywork. Julia teaches Ayurvedic Hatha Yoga, which means that in her hatha-based classes she involves principles of Ayurveda.
Mariella has been practicing and studying various massage and healing disciplines for several years. Her own style is a fusion of Ayurvedic tradition, Lomi Lomi, Thai Massage Techniques and Acupressure Points. Since her early age she was interested to awaken her self-healing powers and connection to the divine, in forms of meditation, Bodywork, Herbalism and other practices, and share it with the world.
Seraina has been sharing Yoga since 2007, and combines in her practice a deep understanding of what it needs, so that we as humanity can shift into a state of collective peace, love and freedom. Working precisely with the different layers of the human body, the different states of consciousness whilst finding the flow of the magic of life itself again. Her focus lies within the exploration of how the personal, the cultural, the global and the cosmic energy flow can mutually be adjusted and healed.
Shir started his yoga journey in 2004 taking traditional Hatha yoga classes. As a professional musician in order to improve his body awareness and body posture Shir studied Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais Method. While leaving Israel he practiced mainly Vijnana Yoga, a yoga style invented by Orit San-Gupta. It is a mix of Iyengar and slow flow that brings a lot of awareness into yoga postures as well as to the breathing techniques.
