We will arrive on the 4th February where we will start our journey with a puja ceremony. A traditional opening ceremony to cleanse and bless the space and the group. Our sunrise morning yoga practice will be a transformative and nourishing yoga in movement session. Where you will shed the layers  of doubts and relieve blockages and unhealthy patterns of thoughts. Our evening sessions will be a calming and healing therapeutic yin yoga. As we connect to the energies of the earth and the universe and unite the two poles, we access our own power within. As we move through the practice day by day, you will start to feel more free and energized. This is when you start to heal. Devarya Wellness retreat is located in the heart of a serene seaside town in Goa. Here you can breathe, experience and live in abundance with nature and life. Spanning 7,000 square metres, this green retreat overlooking the Morjim Beach, is a peaceful sanctuary for those seeking an escape from the monotony of a busy, urban existence.Getting closer to the true matters of life.

Teacher : Cecilie Svendsen is an experienced teacher with more than 800 hours of credited training. She has a warm and loving approach to her teaching and believes that everyone can benefit from yoga. She is the owner of UpDogYoga and in addition to her teaching, she has created her own therapeutic approach, to healing the body and the mind through yoga, meditation, breath control, touch and sound.

Accommodation: All of the rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, comfortable beds and air conditioning. Some with a private balcony and a fridge. One leisure pool and a natural salt water swimming pool. Food two delicious, healthy vegetarian meals a day.

Activities: In your spare time it will be possible to experience such different activities as, Stand up paddle boarding, dolphin watching tours, day and night flea markets, spice farms, waterfalls and many more.
